Golfer Within has been developed by Roseanna Leaton, a leading practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Principal Therapist at the Analytical Hypnotherapy Centre of the Isle of Man. Roseanna is a keen golfer herself and using these recordings she has reduced her handicap from 25 down to 9.6 within two seasons.
How it works
Golfer Within is a golf game improvement strategy which employs Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis.
The combination of these fast, easy, mind programming techniques enables you to alter your perception of the world.

The Hypnotic tracks won’t necessarily put you to sleep but it will relax you. Many people experience what’s called ‘trance amnesia’ and wake up, wondering whether they’ve been hypnotized.
